产品描述
The operating principle of the hardware system for lifting sliding doors is to move and pull the door leaf horizontally when lifting it with the handle. When the door leaf moves to any position on the guide rail, use the handle to lower the door leaf, which can stop and lock the door leaf. All operations are carried out through the handle and locking system, with flexible movement and opening and closing force not exceeding 40N. Suitable for solid wood, aluminum wood, aluminum alloy, plastic steel profiles, doors and windows.

Improve the material of the push-pull pulley system pulley
The selected material is Teflon, also known as "polytetrafluoroethylene", which is known as the "plastic king". Discovered by DuPont in 1936 and promoted in 1946. Teflon has stable and safe operability. Our company is one of the manufacturers in the world that uses Teflon as raw material for pulleys. Characteristics of Teflon: corrosion resistance, temperature resistance, moisture resistance, weather resistance, non adhesiveness, wind pressure resistance, sliding resistance, wear resistance, damage resistance, and long service life. The most outstanding characteristic of mechanical properties is the low coefficient of friction, ranging from 0.01 to 0.10, which is the smallest coefficient of friction among existing plastic materials and even all engineering materials. The friction coefficient of PTFE decreases with increasing load and tends to remain constant when the load reaches 0.8 MPa or above. At high speeds and high loads, the friction coefficient of PTFE is less than 0.01.
High temperature resistance - operating temperature up to 250 ℃.
Low temperature resistance - with good mechanical toughness; Even if the temperature drops to -196 ℃, it can maintain a 5% elongation rate.
Corrosion resistance - exhibits inertness towards most chemicals and solvents, and can withstand strong acids, alkalis, water, and various organic solvents.
Climate resistance - it is the longest aging life among plastics.
Sliding - is the material with the lowest coefficient of friction among solid materials.
Non stick - it is the smallest surface tension in solid materials and does not adhere to any substance.
Non toxic - with physiological inertness, as an artificial blood vessel and organ implanted in the body for a long time without adverse reactions.
Teflon can maintain stable performance at continuous operating temperatures up to 250 ℃ and withstand instantaneous high temperatures up to 290 ℃. Low temperature can maintain stable performance at operating temperatures below -268 ℃. It can become gel only when the temperature reaches 327 ℃. Pulleys made of Teflon are suitable for high temperature, high humidity, coastal areas, etc., with significant effects and long service life.
